About the spot

Coche lies close to Margarita, with kiting centred on Playa La Punta. Offshore wind can keep the water smooth, but it also makes getting back harder if something goes wrong. A beautiful spot for tricks is not automatically safe for an independent beginner. Organise your visit through a station that confirms transfers, support and rescue arrangements. With that in place, it is easy to spend a whole day on the water and settle into the relaxed beach rhythm.

What to pay attention to

Confirm that rescue is operating before every session. If boat support is not confirmed, stay ashore in offshore wind.

How to plan the road

Boat transfer is usually associated with Margarita; check the current route with the receiving team.

Before paying, check with the receiving team the place of study and the nearest comfortable accommodation. “Hotel by the sea” and “hotel by the kite zone” do not always mean the same thing.

Where is it?

The marker shows the area, not the exact launch point. Find the station address and permitted area at the school.

Questions before travel
