About the spot

The factory is included in the kite geography of eastern Crimea. The school "Get off" shows here the training water area, but the depth and suitable wind directions require on-site inspection. The advantage of such an area is the ability to choose from several close banks, rather than waiting for a perfect forecast on one. Housing in Shchelkino can be a convenient base if the school organizes daily visits.

What to pay attention to

Ask the school for the exact teaching location, water depth and kite-launch procedure.

How to plan the road

Coordinate the entrance with the school "Get off"; do not consider the center of the village the launch point.

Before paying, check with the receiving team the place of study and the nearest comfortable accommodation. “Hotel by the sea” and “hotel by the kite zone” do not always mean the same thing.

Where is it?

The marker shows the area, not the exact launch point. Find the station address and permitted area at the school.

Questions before travel

How to choose the time of the trip?

The warm season is a guide for planning. Before paying, confirm the season at the local school and check the forecast for travel dates.

What to ask the school before booking?

Where the lessons are held, what the size of the group is, whether the equipment is included, what language is taught and how the rescue on the water is organized.

Sources and relevance
