About the spot

Donuzlav is connected to the sea by a canal, and its shores offer different options for kitesurfing. For a beginner, shallow areas and an organized station are useful; an experienced rider is interested in space and longer gals. It is impossible to transfer the description of one coast to the whole of Donuzlav: depth, bottom and wind direction change. It is better to start with the question of where you will go to the water.

What to pay attention to

Agree on the launch point and stay clear of shipping lanes and harbour traffic.

How to plan the road

Before your trip, you will receive from the school the exact route of entry and information about access to its shore.

Before paying, check with the receiving team the place of study and the nearest comfortable accommodation. “Hotel by the sea” and “hotel by the kite zone” do not always mean the same thing.

Where is it?

The marker shows the area, not the exact launch point. Find the station address and permitted area at the school.

Questions before travel

How to choose the time of the trip?

The warm season is a guide for planning. Before paying, confirm the season at the local school and check the forecast for travel dates.

What to ask the school before booking?

Where the lessons are held, what the size of the group is, whether the equipment is included, what language is taught and how the rescue on the water is organized.
