It is a different format than the southern lagoon: the route, forecast and choice of a safe beach for a particular day are important. Flag Beach near Corralejo is one of the famous northern areas, but the whole northern trip is not reduced to one start. What to pay attention to
On rocky shores, check the launch area, rocks, shorebreak and emergency exits. Wild beaches may have no station, water or shore assistance. A school trip provides valuable local knowledge.
Choose a beach with a forecast
The Northern trip is interesting for changing landscapes: open shore, stones, dunes and ocean water. But a beautiful wild beach isn't necessarily suitable for a launch. Agree with the school working water area, collection site, transfer and backup plan. Take drinking water and sun protection; check to see if there is any help when starting and landing.

How to plan the road
In the north, the base is convenient to choose taking into account the road before the agreed exits. From the airport to go in the direction of Corralejo; the time of the route and the place of collection check with the school. The lagoon near the airport from the author’s personal trip is not tied to a specific beach.
Before paying, check with the receiving team the place of study and the nearest comfortable accommodation. “Hotel by the sea” and “hotel by the kite zone” do not always mean the same thing.
