Alex Pastor · Tariff

Alex grew up in Malaga and first went windsurfing with his family. In 2003 kitesurfing was added to it, then competitions and years of training. In 2013, he won the PKRA World Freestyle Championship. The Alex Pastor Kite Club website has his instructor profile. For the traveler, this story shows another side of the Tariff: here not only ride on vacation, here are sports careers.

Tsiry, Maba and Pam · Sakalava

Mada Kite Bros. was founded by three Madagascar brothers. They worked as instructors not only at home, but also in Mauritius, Thailand, Vietnam and other destinations. This experience led them to their own center in Sakalava Bay. In such a story, it is particularly interesting that international trips brought the team back to their native shore: the school became a way to show guests a place that the brothers know from the inside.

Phi · lagoon Mỹ Hòa

According to the history of his school, Phi came to kitesurfing from a fishing life: he began kitesurfing in Mui Ne in 2002 and teaching in 2005. In 2009, a motorcycle ride along the coast led him to the Mỹ Hòa lagoon. Later there grew its own kite base. For a guest, this is not just the address of a school in Fanrang, but an example of how familiarity with water turns into a business around which a whole community appears.
